Ambassador of India to Thailand was the Chief Guest in the event. All the delegates to PBD at Singapore attended the programme.

Dr. Sophana Srichampa, Dean & HOD, Centre for Bharat Studies, Mahidol University, Bangkok was the Chief Guest in the event at ICC.

Dr. Suvit Vibulsresth, Secretary General, Foundation for Research of Thailand and Former Executive Director, Geoinformatics & Space Technology Development Agency was the Chief Guest in the event at ICC.

On the occasion of Guru Nanak's Birthday, ICC students and ICC teacher, Ms. Ravinder Kaur, Hindustani Vocal Singer performed on Saturday 4th November 2017 at Guru Singh Sabha Gurudwara, Bangkok. Mr. Avi Prakash, Consellor (Pers), Embassy of India to Thailand was the Chief Guest on this occasion. Indian and Thai community attended the programme.

Embassy of India, Indian Cultural Centre & Indian Social Club of Thailand celebrated the 142nd Birth Anniversary of "Iron Man of India" Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on Tuesday 31st October at ICC, Bangkok. A photo exhibition and lecture on 'Unity and Strength' delivered by Shri Amarendra Narayan. Approximately 70 Indian and Thai audiences attended the event.
Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Bangkok arranged a 3-Member "Bihu" Dance group (Assam Folk Dance) led by Ms. Sagarika Maudgalya on the occasion of luncheon hosted by Mrs. Rajni Sharma, spouse of Mr. Vikash Sharma, Group Captain, Defence Adviser, Embassy of India, Bangkok for the spouse (different countries) with the aim to showcase one's national culture, tradition and cuisine on 12th October 2017 at Coco's Cafe, Hotel Lotus (1200 hrs.). Sukhumvit, Bangkok and also arranged two instruments i.e. Tabla and Sitar for showcasing the Indian culture.
The Spouses of the Ambassadors organized the 64th YWCA Diplomatic Charity Bazaar on 4th October 2017 at Central World, Bangkok. Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Bangkok arranged a Bharatanatyam dance performance by ICC teacher, Ms. Bitul Sarma on 4th October 2017 at Central World, Bangkok.
 
Embassy of India, Bangkok unveiled ceremony of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi at Rangsit University, Bangkok on 2nd October 2017. The statue of Mahatma Gandhi was sent by ICCR in 2015 and made by Shri Ram Sutar. A grand ceremony was co-presided by Mr. Arthit Ourirat, President of Rangsit University and H.E. Mr. Bhagwant Singh Bishnoi, Ambassador of India to Thailand. The ceremony was attended by Indian and Thai Community at Rangsit University, Bangkok
Embassy of India, Bangkok in collaboration with India Tourism Office in Singapore organised a Seminar/Road Show on " Incredible India " and " World Tourism Day " on 27th September 2017 at Convention Center, Central World, Bangkok. On this occasion, Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Bangkok arranged a 3-Member " Bihu Dance " group led by Dr. Sagarika Maudgalya on 27th September 2017 at Convention Center, Central World, Bangkok. Indian and Thai community attended the programme.
Embassy of India, Bangkok organized a seminar on "The Influence of Sanskrit & Pali on Languages in Southeast Asia with a Special Emphasis on Thai Language" under the the Festival of India in Thailand 2017 at Music Hall, Art & Culture Building, Chulalongkorn University on Monday 25th September 2017. The seminar was presided over by H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.
 
Embassy of India, Bangkok organized UP Food Festival and Tourism Road Show under the Festival of India in Thailand 2017 from 11-25th September 2017 in Bangkok and Krabi Province, Thailand. On this occasion, Indian Cultural Centre, Bangkok arranged a Kathak dance performance by Ms. Pavanee Kalvakalva on 21st & 22nd September 2017 at Krabi Province, Thailand. Governor of Krabi was the Chief Guest in the above event.
Painting & Art Exhibition India@70 “Mapping the canvas of Indian Art – at 70 years of Indian Independence” was inaugurated by H.E. Bhagwant Singh Bishnoi, Ambassador of India to Thailand at prestigious Bangkok Art and Culture Centre on 15 Sept’17. The Art Exhibition, as part of ongoing Festival of India in Thailand, exhibits masterpieces of celebrated artists; Satish Gujral, Anjolie Ela Menon, Arpana Caur, Jatin Das and more. Sponsored by ICCR, India & curated by Ms. Gargi Seth, the Event continues till 1 October, 2017.
