The Cultural Programme Included Performances From Volunteers Of Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Bangkok And Recitation Of Poetry, Songs, And Dances From Students Of SVCC.
Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Bangkok organized a play “Amritajyoti – The Eternal Light” by Ms Srabanti Basu from Kolkata at SVCC on 28 January, 2019. Her Excellency, Mrs Suchitra Durai, Ambassador of India to Thailand and her spouse were the Chief Guest.
The 70th Republic Day of India was celebrated at the Embassy of India, Bangkok on 26 January 2019. H.E. Mrs. Suchitra Durai, Ambassador of India to Thailand unfurled the national tricolour and read out the President's message to the nation. This was followed by a cultural programme where school children and other groups sang patriotic songs. Members of the Indian community, officials of the Embassy and friends of India attended the ceremony.
 
Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Bangkok arranged the performances by 3-Member Bihu dance group (North East) i.e. Ms Sagarika Maudgalya, Ms Indrani Boruah & Ms Junam Nishi Saharia and Bharatanatyam dance by Thai artist, Ms Sarinya Emradee in the 6th Art in the Soi Festival on 19&20 January, 2019 at Princess Mother Memorial Park (near the Chao Phraya River), Bangkok.
SVCC, Bangkok arranged Kuchipudi dance performance by Thai artist, Ms Sarinya Emradee and Odissi dance performance by Dr Subhamita Maitra from Kolkata for the event "India Thai Cultural Night" on Saturday, 12 January, 2019 at Divine Yoga, Bangkok. H.E. Ambassador of India to Thailand and Deputy Chief of Mission were Chief Guest in the event, Thai, Indian and International community attended the programme.
Embassy of India, Bangkok organized the Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas 2019 celebrations in Bangkok on 9 January 2019. H.E. Mrs. Suchitra Durai felicitated former PBS awardees, Thai singer Ms Ann Mitchai, who sang the Gujarati bhajan ‘Vaishnav Janato’ and the winners of the Bharat Ko Janiye quiz winners. The event included cultural performances i.e. Bharatanatyam dance by Thai artist Ms Sarinya Emradee, Bihu dance (North East) by Ms Sagarika Maudgalya & Ms Indrani Boruah and 5-Member Bhangra TSIS dance group by the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Bangkok.

SVCC arranged Bharatanatyam dance performance by Ms Bitul Sarma, SVCC Bharatanatyam Volunteer in the event. Many countries artistes participated in the event.

Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Bangkok organized a "Hindi Conversation Club" on 21st July, 2018 for the Hindi students who are learning Hindi in SVCC. This Club is formed to encourage the Hindi Lovers to develop their skills in speaking Hindi Language.
Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Bangkok organized a lecture cum demonstration/workshop on Hindustani Vocal Music and Harmonium by SVCC Volunteer, Ms. Ravinder Kaur, Kathak dance by ICCR Scholar, Ms. Jitrawan Phakphun and Yoga Volunteer, Mr. Rahul S. Autade on Tuesday, 24th July 2018 at Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Ramkhamhaeng University, Bangkok.
Embassy of India, Bangkok celebrated the "71st Anniversary of the Independence of India", a Reception was organized at Shangri-La Hotel in the evening of 15 August 2018. Ambassador Bhagwant Singh Bishnoi addressed the gathering. This was followed by a short cultural programme consisting of Kathak and Bollywood performances and a rendition of the Gujarati bhajan ‘Vaishnav Jan To Tene Kahiye Je’ by the popular Thai Singer Ms Ann Mitchai

On the occasion of 11th Ganesha Festival, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Bangkok arranged a 3-Member Sattriya dance group (devotional) by Ms Sagarika Maudgalya, Ms Indrani Boruah and Ms Junam Nishi Rajbangshi held at Wat Dan, Rama 3 on Saturday, 22 September, 2018 organized by Vishwa Hindu Parishad Association, Bangkok. On this occasion, Cd'A/DCM from Embassy of India, Bangkok was the Chief Guest.
